Fonts
Fonts in the generated PDF are determined by the fonts used in your DOCX template and the fonts available in the document-generation environment.
Use common fonts when possibleโ
For the most predictable results, use widely available fonts in your templates. If a font is unavailable during generation, Word-compatible rendering may substitute a different font, which can change line wrapping, page breaks, and table layout.
Test the final PDFโ
Generate a document using realistic data and review the resulting PDF before using a template in production. This is especially important for templates with narrow columns, fixed-height sections, or content that is close to a page boundary.
Custom fontsโ
If your template depends on a custom font, contact support before relying on it in production. Include the font family name and a sample template so the rendering requirements can be reviewed.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use and embed any fonts included in your templates or generated documents.
